Dear Friends, I so enjoyed meeting many of you on my way up the eastern seaboard from Florida, stopping along the way for personal appearances at some of my own stores and new licensed boutiques. The grand opening of the latest Claire Murray® store in delightful downtown St. Michael’s, Maryland was the perfect setting to debut my brand new Chesapeake Bay collection, featuring whimsical blue crabs, the famed Skipjack lighthouse and many other images that reflect the unique character of this pristine coastal region. To the many who have written asking me to bring back my quilt designs, I have good news, the quilt collections are here. I am also delighted to announce that throws are making a comeback this season in an elegant new style. The first group of cashmere throws, in seven irresistible Claire Murray® colors, can now be seen in our stores and on the website. For those of you now enjoying the new Provence porcelain dinnerware collection,  I have more good news; I am now offering placemats and coasters to match! The Licensed Boutique program, a “store within a store” concept to compliment my 15 Claire Murray® stores, continues to expand both nationally and internationally –  Please visit the Signature Boutique  section of our site and see what all the fun is about. The Claire Murray® Art of Living magazine, La Vie Claire, has celebrated another milestone with the release of the summer 08 edition; 4 more quarterly issues will now become available for collectors. Watch for the new Spring 09 issue releasing in March. I have been surprised and delighted by the number of you who have written and the enormous diversity of our readership: La Vie Claire seems to appeal to every age group and occupation.
