Learning that SSV Oliver Hazard Perry is soon to become Rhode Island’s own tall ship, Claire Murray wanted to create a tribute in celebration of this event. The 207-foot long, three-mast sailing vessel will make its home in Newport harbor. The 2 designs are named after the vessel.
