If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your rug (or kit), you may return it within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Upon receipt of your return (with prior approval), we will refund you the price of your purchase in the same manner as it was paid for, either credit card or check (not including the cost of the initial shipping). Any merchandise returned after the 10-day grace period will be subject to review.
