A nor'easter is headed toward Cape Cod, bringing heavy rain, powerful winds, and a risk of coastal flooding, forecasters cautioned.
A coastal flood warning was issued Friday for the Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket counties, starting at 5 p.m. Friday and extending into 8 p.m. Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
